Pantai Masnana di Kabupaten Buru Selatan memiliki potensi besar sebagai kawasan ekowisata pesisir, namun pengembangannya masih menghadapi berbagai kendala pada aspek lingkungan, infrastruktur, dan pengelolaan kawasan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi karakteristik kawasan, menganalisis kesenjangan antara kondisi eksisting dan kondisi ideal pengembangan ekowisata, serta menentukan prioritas strategi pengembangan menggunakan Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP). Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif melalui observasi lapangan, wawancara, penyebaran kuesioner kepada 35 responden, dan pengumpulan data sekunder. Analisis deskriptif digunakan untuk mengidentifikasi kondisi ekologis, karakteristik sosial ekonomi, daya tarik wisata, aksesibilitas, dan fasilitas pendukung, sedangkan analisis kesenjangan digunakan untuk mengevaluasi perbedaan antara kondisi aktual dan standar pengelolaan ekowisata. Selanjutnya, AHP diterapkan untuk menentukan prioritas strategi berdasarkan penilaian para ahli. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kondisi ekologis kawasan relatif baik, namun kebersihan pantai dan pengelolaan sampah masih memerlukan perbaikan. Potensi sosial ekonomi masyarakat belum dimanfaatkan secara optimal dalam mendukung kegiatan pariwisata, sementara daya tarik alam belum dikembangkan menjadi produk wisata yang terstruktur. Selain itu, aksesibilitas dan fasilitas pendukung wisata masih terbatas. Prioritas strategi pengembangan berdasarkan AHP meliputi peningkatan infrastruktur dan aksesibilitas kawasan (0,298), peningkatan promosi kawasan wisata (0,297), penguatan program konservasi dan edukasi lingkungan (0,260), serta pengembangan ekowisata berbasis komunitas (0,145). Temuan ini memberikan dasar strategis bagi pengembangan ekowisata pesisir yang berkelanjutan melalui penguatan infrastruktur, pengelolaan lingkungan, promosi destinasi, dan partisipasi Masyarakat.
